A card that will not grade, audio that will not play, a page that will not load. Tell us what you did and what happened instead - and your traveler name, so we can look at the real thing.
Charges, refunds, cancelling, or a plan that has not opened the road it should. Cancelling keeps everything you have earned - we never repossess.
Locked out, wrong email, or you want the whole account and everything on it deleted. Write from the account's own address and deletion is done within 30 days - no forms, no retention period.
Writing from the email address on your account saves a round trip - it is how we know the letter is yours. If you cannot reach that address any more, write anyway and say so.
